At Fundación Aladina, we process the information provided by the interested parties in a fair, lawful, and transparent manner, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, of the European Parliament and the Council, and Law 3/2018 of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.
If you are a Member or Donor:
If you are a member or donor, we will process the following categories of personal data:
- Identifying data (name, surname, ID number, etc.)
- Contact data (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Banking data (account number, credit card details, etc.)
- Other data (provided by the interested party in open forms or communications)
We process your data for the purpose of:
- Manage the services, information, and/or products requested.

Am I obligated to provide personal data?
Fundación Aladina will only request the data strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. Therefore, if the data is not provided, the requested service cannot be provided.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided and obtained during the relationship between the interested party and Fundación Aladina will be kept for a maximum period of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest or as long as a legal provision requires us to do so. In such cases, the data will be properly blocked and deleted when no longer necessary.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
In compliance with Article 6.1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, we inform you that the legal basis for processing your data is as follows:
- The interested party gave their consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes and/or
- The processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation applicable to the data controller and/or
- The processing is necessary for the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or by a third party, provided that these interests do not override the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, which require the protection of personal data, particularly when the data subject is a child.
To whom will your data be communicated?
The data processed by Fundación Aladina may be shared with third parties when required by a legal provision.
In addition, Fundación Aladina works with service providers for whom it is necessary to communicate data in various business areas (administration, accounting, taxation, marketing, labor, etc.). The relationship with these companies is regulated according to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, of the European Parliament and the Council (GDPR). The data accessed by these companies will only be used for the necessary business purpose and will not be retained for any other purpose.
The data provided by donors or participants in the events and projects published on this website to participate in such events or projects will be shared with the organizer of each event or project for the purpose of allowing the organizer to manage participation.

Any interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Fundación Aladina is processing personal data concerning them.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

- Obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning the User is being processed or not.
- Access their personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request the deletion of their data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Fundación Aladina adopts the corresponding security levels required by the aforementioned Personal Data Protection regulations and other applicable laws. These security levels are mandatory for entities that access our information under a contractual relationship and/or service provision, in accordance with Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
However, it assumes no responsibility for damages caused by alterations that third parties may make to the user’s computer systems, electronic documents, or files.
