The purchase of products and/or services offered through the Website implies acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in these General Terms and Conditions of Service. Therefore, before proceeding with acceptance, please read its content carefully. If you do not accept these General Terms and Conditions, the purchase of products/services will not proceed, and as a result, no obligations or responsibilities will be assumed by FUNDACIÓN ALADINA.

By placing an order through the Website, the Customer declares that they are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to contract the products on the Website.

To place an order, the Customer must follow each step of the purchasing process outlined on the Website.

FUNDACIÓN ALADINA reserves the right to modify the content and/or scope of the General Terms and Conditions of Service at any time, without prior notice or communication. Therefore, please read its content carefully, as it is the Customer’s responsibility to review the General Terms and Conditions of Service before purchasing any product from the Website.

Price and Payment Method

The price of the products will be the one displayed in the currency indicated next to each product on the Website.

The sale prices listed on our website are displayed as follows:

If the Customer resides in the European Union, the prices include the applicable taxes at the time (VAT) and product/service.

If the Customer resides outside the European Union, the prices do not include VAT. However, any local taxes and/or import duties and/or local customs fees, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the Customer when the shipment reaches its destination.

FUNDACIÓN ALADINA reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary at any time and without prior notice, including frequent updates to products or prices. The price applicable to the purchase request made by the Customer will be the one in effect at the time of accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Service.

The Customer may make payment for the products using any of the payment methods listed below:

Payment by card: The Customer must enter their debit/credit card number (Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard), along with any other additional information required during the purchase process. The charge will be made once it is accepted by the Customer’s financial institution; otherwise, the purchase cannot be completed.

Payment via PAYPAL: The Customer must have a PayPal account to use this payment method.

FUNDACIÓN ALADINA does not have access to or store sensitive data related to the payment method used by the Customer. Only the corresponding payment processor entity has access to this data for the purpose of managing payments and collections.

FUNDACIÓN ALADINA has implemented a program to detect potential fraudulent transactions and reserves the right to request additional information, confirmations, and/or documents from the Customer, even after one or more purchases have been made through the Website, via phone call or email. This is to confirm that the Customer has indeed made and authorized the purchase and/or that the delivery or return has been carried out correctly, thereby definitively authorizing the respective transaction.

FUNDACIÓN ALADINA may carry out various checks regarding the Customer’s identity by phone, or request: (a) written confirmation and authorization signed by the Customer responsible for the respective purchase; and (b) a copy of the Customer’s valid official identification with a photo to confirm their identity. FUNDACIÓN ALADINA is committed to storing this information and documents with high-security measures, in accordance with current regulations.

If the Customer does not respond favorably or fails to provide FUNDACIÓN ALADINA with the requested documentation and information within 48 hours from the phone call or the email sent by FUNDACIÓN ALADINA, the transaction outlined in that communication and the respective order may be canceled, without further notice or liability from FUNDACIÓN ALADINA, proceeding to refund the amount paid by the Customer for that purchase.

This verification process is carried out for the safety of the Customer, and therefore, by accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Service, the Customer agrees to undergo the aforementioned fraud detection procedure and authorizes FUNDACIÓN ALADINA to use the information and documents provided for future purchases by the same Customer.

Right of Withdrawal

The User will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the purchase of the product to withdraw, either partially or entirely, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Once the fourteen (14) day period has expired, FUNDACIÓN ALADINA will not accept returns due to withdrawal from purchases.

In the event of withdrawing from the purchase of a product, the User must contact FUNDACIÓN ALADINA by sending an email to info@aladina.org with the following information:

• The order ID to be refunded.
• The reason for requesting the refund of your order.

Once fourteen (14) days have passed, no refund requests can be made. Partial refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in supplying products or if items are out of stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

Shipping and Delivery

Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances arise, we will ship the order consisting of the paid products within the timeframe indicated on the website and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the Order Confirmation date. Domestic shipments will be made within an estimated period of 2 to 5 business days from the order confirmation.

Shipping costs are fixed for all orders and amount to €5.50, regardless of the weight or volume of the products purchased. These costs will be clearly specified during the checkout process, before confirming the order.

For the purposes of these Terms, “delivery” or “delivered” shall be understood as the moment when you or a third party indicated by you takes physical possession of the products, which will be confirmed by the signature of the order receipt at the agreed delivery address.

If FUNDACIÓN ALADINA is unable to deliver the products within the maximum period of 30 days from the order confirmation, the Customer will have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

If delivery cannot be made due to reasons attributable to the Customer (such as an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location), the Customer will be responsible for the additional costs associated with new delivery attempts. In this case, FUNDACIÓN ALADINA will notify the Customer to coordinate a new delivery, including the applicable additional costs.

Return Costs:

The return shipping costs will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Language

The General Terms and Conditions of Service are written in Spanish.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The General Terms and Conditions of Service will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation and/or application of the General Terms and Conditions, the competent courts will be those established by the applicable regulations on jurisdiction for consumers and users. The parties expressly submit, for any issues or disputes that may arise regarding the interpretation, fulfillment, and execution of this contract, to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts corresponding to the buyer’s domicile or the place of performance of the contractual obligation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including texts, images, designs, and logos, is the property of FUNDACIÓN ALADINA or third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of such content without the express consent of FUNDACIÓN ALADINA is prohibited.
